Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service.
Evolution Sports Academy (ESA)
Terms and Conditions of Participation

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Parent” or “Guardian”) and Evolution Sports Academy (“ESA”), operated and legally registered under the trade license of Universal Sport, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).
By enrolling your child(ren) in any ESA activity, program, session, or event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
1. Definitions
- "ESA" / "Academy" / "We" / "Us": Refers to Evolution Sports Academy, operated by Universal Sport, Sharjah.
- "Athlete" / "Participant": Refers to the child registered for any ESA program.
- "Parent" / "You": Refers to the legal guardian registering the Athlete.
- "Program": Any training, competition, camp, private session, or service offered by ESA.
- "Service": Includes ESA programs and the Academy’s website and mobile applications.
- "Venue": Any sports facility, field, or location used for ESA activities.
2. Registration & Payment
2.1 Full registration and fee payment are required to confirm participation.
2.2 Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise approved.
2.3 ESA reserves the right to suspend or deny services due to non-payment or incomplete documentation.
2.4 Fees may include uniform, facility use, and coaching, as outlined in the pricing schedule.
3. Health, Safety & Medical Consent
3.1 Parents must declare any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.
3.2 ESA reserves the right to request medical clearance.
3.3 In emergencies, ESA may seek medical assistance, and the Parent shall bear any associated costs.
3.4 ESA staff are not authorized to administer medication unless prior written consent is given.
4. Insurance & Liability Waiver
4.1 ESA does not provide personal health or accident insurance for Participants.
4.2 By registering, you waive all claims against ESA, its owners, staff, or partners for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation—except in cases of proven gross negligence.
4.3 You acknowledge participation in sports inherently carries risk.
5. Code of Conduct
For Athletes:
- Show respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and referees.
- Refrain from foul language, aggression, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow the coach’s instructions and maintain discipline.
For Parents:
- Encourage your child positively and respectfully.
- Avoid coaching or interfering during sessions or matches.
- Refrain from verbal or physical confrontation with staff, referees, or other parents.
Breaches may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.
6. Attendance & Punctuality
6.1 Regular and timely attendance is expected.
6.2 Notify ESA in advance of any planned absence.
6.3 ESA is not obliged to offer make-up sessions for missed classes.
7. Uniform & Equipment
7.1 All Participants must wear the official ESA kit during training and matches.
7.2 Parents are responsible for acquiring required uniforms and ensuring Athletes bring appropriate equipment.
8. Media & Marketing Consent
8.1 ESA may take photographs or videos during programs and events for promotional use (social media, website, print).
8.2 By enrolling, you consent to such use unless you opt out in writing.
8.3 Requests for removal of images can be submitted to ESA.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
9.1 Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Program cancellation by ESA
- Serious injury or illness (with valid medical certificate)
- Relocation outside of Sharjah (with documented proof)
9.2 All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
9.3 No refunds will be given for disciplinary dismissal or missed sessions.
9.4 In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., government-mandated closure, pandemic, extreme weather), ESA reserves the right to adjust services (e.g., online sessions or credits) instead of issuing refunds.
10. Venue & Facilities Usage
10.1 Respect for ESA venues, fields, and third-party facilities is mandatory.
10.2 ESA is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged at venues.
10.3 Misuse, vandalism, or unsafe behavior may lead to legal or disciplinary action.
11. Competitions & Event Participation
11.1 Selection for competitions or travel events is based on performance, behavior, and attendance.
11.2 Additional fees may apply for participation in external tournaments, travel, or uniforms.
11.3 ESA reserves the right to withdraw Athletes from matches based on fitness, discipline, or attendance.
12. Communication Policy
12.1 Official updates will be sent through WhatsApp, email, or the ESA mobile app.
12.2 Coaches are not permitted to engage in informal or private discussions about player selection or other academy matters.
12.3 Urgent matters must be addressed through ESA’s administration team.
13. Termination Clause
13.1 ESA reserves the right to terminate an Athlete’s enrollment due to:
- Breaches of code of conduct
- False information on registration
- Non-payment
- Actions that endanger others or harm ESA’s reputation
13.2 No refund will be provided in such cases.
14. Digital Platform & Website Use
14.1 Access to ESA’s website and mobile app is subject to compliance with these Terms.
14.2 ESA disclaims liability for third-party links, services, or platforms linked to the website.
14.3 ESA makes no guarantees that its digital platforms will operate error-free or uninterrupted.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, ESA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, injuries, or delays) arising out of participation or use of services—except in cases of proven gross negligence.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
All ESA services, including website and mobile platforms, are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee results, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute shall be exclusively resolved through the competent courts in Sharjah.
18. Severability
If any clause is found unenforceable under law, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Changes to Terms
ESA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website or shared via official communication channels. Continued participation implies acceptance.
20. Acceptance & Digital Consent
By registering your child for any ESA program, you:
- Confirm that you are the legal guardian of the Athlete
- Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions
- Agree to comply with all ESA policies and procedures
Digital Signature Options
These Terms can be accepted via:
- A checkbox and digital signature in the registration form (CRM or app)
- A “Terms Acceptance” pop-up in the mobile app or website
- A printed consent form signed in-person
